Come February, the Financial Secretary (FS) is expected to deliver the final budget blueprint of his term with major proposals for individuals and businesses. How much of that budget is dedicated to achieving a green economy and carbon neutrality before 2050? Or to support Hong Kong's various sectors including green finance and green industries? Or to promote skills training and innovation in green technologies? What can be done to enhance green and sustainable finance hubs in Hong Kong?
